Our company RETI BREMBO S.R.L. based in Bergamo is specialized in the production, sale, and rental of anti-fall safety nets since 2011 and has been collaborating for about 6 years with the national standardization body UNI, as a member of the working group of net manufacturers "CT042/GL15".
We have known Buraschi Italia for 5 years and we now use their tools and machines
Our first purchase was their clipping machine Model A24/S which we use to repair our safety nets (we boast a fleet of nets of 500,000 m2), then we also included in our production the RP5 BR PNEUMATIC that we use for the perimeter edging and the coupling of net. Recently we purchased the DYNA 600 DP that we use to check and verify the quality of our nets and to carry out periodic reviews of both our net fleet and our customers' nets.
We are very satisfied with the relationship and the kind and prompt attention to our requests. We are also developing with BURASCHI the possibility of improving and integrating other machines for our specific needs.

Teniendo la experiencia de trabajar en acuacultura desde el año 2010, tuve la oportunidad de cultivar tilapia en Chiapas con Regal Springs México por casi 9 años. Tiempo más tarde, me incorporé a una empresa situada en Costa Rica, cultivando pargo rosado durante un año en el Océano Pacífico con Industrias Martec. Para mí ha sido de gran ayuda el poder medir la tensión de las redes, ya que la pérdida por tener redes antiguas (o en mal estado) en los sistemas de cultivo, ha sido y será el principal problema para productores de cualquier escala de producción. El sistema DYNA 300 DP mejoró la revisión de nuestras redes y pudimos descartar un porcentaje que estaban dando problemas a la producción. As a nets manufacturer since 1962, we have met with Buraschi recently when about the purchase a machine from our local producer yet we have requested prices for the Buraschi machines to find out its releativley high to our alternative. However Mr. Lorenzo was kind enough to visit our factory to understand our production needs and informed us well about the differences of two machine. Mechanische Netzfabrik, Oldenburg/Germany is a fully integrated producer of nets & ropes, founded in 1905. With our inhouse extrusion of PP filaments, HDPE monofilaments and PP/HDPE tape, twisting and braiding operation, net weaving and assembly we cover the full production cycle. Our main production areas are knotted nets from 0.1mm to 10.0mm twine diameter and ropes from 4mm to 120mm diameter.

We purchased our first Buraschi sewing machine in January 2017, the RP7BR PNEUMATIC, accompanied with the UMT03 – RP7 Powered Thread Feeder.

RP5 BR PNEUMATIC
We purchased our first Buraschi Net Sewing Machine in 2009, an RP5. This large overlock sewing machine was our fifth machine of the large overlock genre; our first four were from two different brands of industrial sewing machines.
We had grown accustomed to the strengths and weaknesses of our first machines from other internationally known brands, the Buraschi unit came to us with all of the strengths of the other brands, but none of the weaknesses. Buraschi Italia has improved the quality of stitch, increased the speed of material throughput and drastically reduced machine down time. Our fleet of RP5’s has grown to include 4 and we have mothballed our other large overlocks because they just cannot compete with the RP5’s. In fact, each successive RP5 that we have purchased in the last five years has arrived with further improvements based on user feedback. Buraschi Italia, with each machine purchase, sends a factory technician who is intimately familiar with every aspect of these custom, handmade machines. Thus, the crated machine that arrives on your loading dock is carefully inspected, final assembly completed and sewn off at your facility by one of the people that built the machine, not a third party vendor.

RP1 PNEUMATIC
After our positive experience with the RP5 large overlock sewing machine, we sought a slightly smaller version of the large overlock.
We tried the RP1 machine. This machine looks virtually identical to its larger brother, the RP5, but it has only a single drive for the puller and operates almost silently. The machine sews unbelievably quickly and is very dependable. In the @2 years that we have had these two machines in operation here, the two machines have been extraordinarily dependable, the machines are a maintainer’s dream- less than a handful of needles broken in two years and I do not believe any major part replacements have been required.

H450 PNEUMATIC
We have had several small overlock machines in daily production for over ten years. We recently added two H450 three thread overlock machines from Buraschi.
The H450’s have some immediately apparent improvements over our other machines. The tables are very solid, industrial wheeled units making machine relocation on the factory floor a breeze. The H450’s use the onboard compressor to raise both the top wheel of the puller and the presser foot, an improvement over the traditional spring assisted design incorporated into our other machines. The material capacity that we can sew is improved. The throughput speed is easily adjustable. As an operator gets used to the machine, they can increase the speed the machine sews at without changing the stitch length. These machines are proving to be very reliable and our operators love the quickness and quietness of sewing on the H450.

A little over a year ago we purchased our first RP5BR machine. We highly recommend that if you are purchasing your first Buraschi machine that you include the purchase of on-site technical support to assist with machine set-up and training.
We found the installation service invaluable. Training will help avoid replacing broken parts, which are very expensive. Once the machine was fully incorporated into the production schedule, we were so confident in its reliability and capacity, we purchased two more.
Maintenance of the machines is not complicated and support from the technical team is both knowledgeable and highly responsive. The technician who installed our machines is available through several channels. His personal attention and support brings us closer to feeling as though he is here in the shop with us.

Buraschi nous à conseillé et installé une surjeteuse RP7 en 2016 ainsi qu'une agrafeuse pneumatique. Ces deux équipement nous permettent de fabriquer nos propres pièges. Nous sommes très satisfait des machines, mais nous avons surtout apprécié la disponibilité des équipes de Buraschi pour assurer l’installation la formation et le réglage de la sur jeteuse par rapport aux différentes taches à effectuer. Un technicien est venu sur place en France à notre entreprise à deux reprise et à un coût minime afin de former notre personnel et affiner les réglage de la machine. Pour une bonne compréhension de la machine, Buraschi à fait traduire la notice technique de la surjeteuse en Français.
