The special steel blunt-tip needle, a Buraschi’s exclusive, is designed not to damage the net fibers during sewing.

This mesh sewing machine can easily sew up to 20 mm thick seams.
Our RP7 BR PNEUMATIC short length table top is suitable for thicker nets, so all mechanical components have been appropriately sized to withstand pressure and intense use. This mesh sewing machine can almost be called a larger copy of our RP3 BR PNEUMATIC model.
It is very important to have pneumatic power assistance for sewing especially for operations such as: lifting the pedal, lifting the pressure foot, positioning the needle, etc. This special feature makes the machine less prone to failures thanks to more efficient operation.
Our pullers, like most of those that are installed on our net sewing machines, are specially designed, manufactured and patented by us.
The puller installed on this machine has been designed with both upper and lower drive roller, with a very powerful traction that suits the thicker nets this machine has to sew.
The puller is synchronized with the stitch length and presses the materials to be sewn with an electromechanical cylinder with a diameter of 50 mm.
The main advantage is to ensure constant pressure of the material to be sewn. This constant pressure is also guaranteed when sewing materials of varying thicknesses.
Our RP7 BR PNEUMATIC short length table top is equipped with a very robust and practical EFKA DC 1550 series electronic motor. This electronic motor, unlike conventional ones, allows:
- Adjustable sewing speed with pedal;
- needle-stop in the preset position;
- suitable speed for each operation, selectable and programmable from the display;
- better operation thanks to the superior construction characteristics of the electric motor compared to conventional ones.
